Refund policy
Overview
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The entire shipment must be unopened and sealed as originally delivered. Any package that has been opened or any item returned in non-original packaging will be declined. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@aerium.co.il. Returns must be sent to: Hatamar 3, Even Yehuda, Israel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at info@aerium.co.il.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any orders refused, delayed, or not released from customs in the destination country due to the customer’s failure to comply with local import requirements, pay duties or taxes, or complete customs clearance.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable, including but not limited to:

Customized or made-to-order PCBs

Special orders or personalized PCB designs

Items supplied by third-party vendors specifically for your order

Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item falls into a non-returnable category, please contact us before ordering.
Order Cancellations
For eligible orders, cancellations may be accepted at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value to cover processing, handling, and supplier costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@aerium.co.il.
